Minimum order amount is $50. Orders less than $50.00 will be subject to a $15.00 Under Minimum Order Fee.
Some items are only shipped in Pack Quantities.
Prices are Subject To Change Without Notice.
Credit cards accepted and are subject to a 2% handling charge.
Claims For Damage:
We will carefully pack your order, following all instructions and recommendations from the carrier. However, you may still experience damage on your shipment.
- For UPS or FedEx ground deliveries: Please call our customer service department at (323) 282-7041 and save the box and all packing material for inspection (and possible pick up) by the carrier. All claims for damage should be made immediately upon receipt of your order. We will not be able to accept any claims for damage made after seven (7) days of receipt of your order.
- Truck shipments: Our responsibility ceases after we obtain the carrier's receipt. (All claims for loss or damage should be made directly to the transportation company.) They are always responsible for breakage in transit. We will assist you in any way possible to collect your claim for loss and/ordamage.
Classic Lamp Parts will endeavor to select the best carrier for any given shipment. If you desire a specific carrier, please note that on your order or let us know when placing your order.
We don’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates if asked.
Deliveries occur only on weekdays unless shipped by USPS or if Saturday delivery is requested. Shipping and Delivery charges are determined during the shipping process after your order is processed and packaged. We try our best to ship same day when orders are placed before 12:00 noon (PST). Orders you place with Classic Lamp Parts late on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until Monday.
We currently do not offer International shipping.
Returns and Replacements
We want you to be completely happy with your Classic Lamp Parts order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. A pickup and/or restock fee may apply. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless the return is due to an error on behalf of Classic Lamp Parts.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We will correct any errors made by us without any additional expense to you.
If however, you ordered the incorrect item and wish to return it, please call our customer service department at (323) 282-7041. Please have the order number and the item numbers to be returned ready before contacting us. There will be a 20% restocking charge for the additional handling and paperwork on all merchandise you wish to return. (The restocking fee will be deducted from your credit.) You will be given a Returned Goods Authorization number or RGA. This number must be clearly marked on the outside of the carton(s) containing your return. All returns without an RGA number clearly marked will be refused.
As with CLAIMS (see above) all claims for errors must be made within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise. We will not accept returns after thirty (30) days, or on items that have been altered in any way.
Please allow 7 days for Classic Lamp Parts to process your return.
When returning items, please insure the merchandise for the proper amount. You are responsible for returning the items in good condition. If we receive these returned items broken, we will not be able to credit you. You will have to place a claim for the damage with your carrier.
The Seller warrants its title to the products sold by it and warrants to the Purchaser that its products are free of defects of workmanship or material and are in conformity with applicable specifications and descriptions referred to or set out herein. The foregoing warranties are the only warranties applicable to purchases. All other warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed. The Seller does not warrant that its products will meet or comply with the requirements of any safety code or regulation of any state, municipality, or other jurisdiction.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
It is expressed, understood and agreed that the Seller's liability whether in contract, in tort, under any warranty set forth herein, in negligence, or otherwise shall not exceed the return of the amount of the purchase price paid by the Purchaser, or, at the option of the Seller, in the Seller's sole discretion, the replacement or repair of the product or part concerned (F.O.B. the Seller's shipping point or such other place as the Seller may designate), and under no circumstances shall the Seller be liable for special, indirect, or consequential damages. The price stated for the product is a consideration in limiting the Seller's liability. No action, regardless of form, shall be maintained hereunder unless the facts giving rise to it are discovered within 12 months of shipment and written notice thereof given to Seller within 30 days of discovery. Products which are replaced by Seller in accordance with foregoing shall become the property of Seller and shall be returned to it by the Purchaser F.O.B. point of shipment.
Purchaser Agrees that all sales transactions shall be considered to have been made in the State of California and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations of the State of California. Purchaser agrees to California jurisdiction in any action, suit or proceeding arising out of this sales transaction and concedes that it, and each of them, transacted business in the State of California. In the event legal action is commenced between the parties hereto, Purchaser agrees that venue shall be laid in Los Angeles County, California. VENDEE shall have no liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect, special or consequential damages relating in any way to the products sold by Seller. Seller's sole liability shall be limited to the repair or replacement of any defective products.
